One key trend to pay attention to in any local real estate market is the movement of the sales success trend. What this measures is the total number of home sold divided by the total of homes listed (put on the market) during the same period of time.

What the real estate graph above demonstrates is that all the the trends (from short-term to long-term) appear to be heading higher in the Tallahassee real estate market. The one year trend in blue shows that over the past year, roughly 36% of the homes that were put on the market sold. Think about what that means to 64% of the people who thought they were going to sell their homes!
