Local Real Estate Data
Richard@RichardSmithHomeLoans.com presents Chattanooga Real Estate Sales Trends Since 1994 posted at Richard’s Real Estate Thoughts, saying, “Pertinent real estate information describing the Chattanooga, Tn market since 1994. The trends show that there has been a steady increase in value. Even during the big national spike in value, Chattanooga experienced a steady, sustainable increase. Sales number spiked, but not values. This has left us with a large inventory, but with values that are holding. With the VW plant coming, the market is poised for continued growth in value and in sales numbers.”
