The listing realtor reports a quote of $11k to complete the repairs. It is listed for $118,800 and I feel that I could get approved for $130k (though I have no approval, I’m going off of calculations from websites) I am asking this to find out if it would be better to apply with a lender that would be part of the FHA 203(k) loan program or if it would be better (seeing as the property is approved, according to their website) to go with a Fannie Mae HomePath Renovation Mortgage, which has only 3 nationwide approved lenders.
