Donna E. Pratt Donna Pratt was born July 19, 1926 in Tacoma, WA and passed away July 15, 2009 in Tacoma, WA. Donna was preceded in death by her son, Mark Pratt, in 1991 and by her husband, Oliver Pratt, in 1997. She is survived by her children, Rhonda Hinshaw and Paul Pratt, and by four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
