And if you are like me, you’ve probably wished to own one some day. Beachfront homes provide lots of summer fun and even some good investment and rental opportunities. But owning a beachfront home is not always a walk in the park.It is getting hard to find an insurance company to write an affordable policy on a beachfront home.

As a Realtor – I do not mind filling out forms – throw more at me and I will continue to fill them out.  Forms protect me and more importantly they protect buyers and sellers.  Here in Florida our state association has recently developed new forms to assist us with potential Chinese drywall properties. In my beautiful state there is an estimated 36,000 homes that are believed to contain Chinese-made drywall.  There is an estimated 60,000-100,000 homes nationwide that may have this drywall.
