I'm new to activerain and the world of blogging. This "carnival" sounds intriguing. I'd like to know more about it. How its done, what I need to do, etc. I am a loan officer that has a program that allows people selling their home to offer "owner/seller financing" My company comes in behind the sale and buys the note from the seller after the sale. I think that this is going to be the way most homes are financed for awhile. The company goes down to a 580 FICO . Thanks for the post.
