I’m not talking about fall, either. Change is everywhere and if there’s one thing I hate, it’s change. I grew up in a house where the furniture was never re-arranged, where neighbors never moved, where nothing whatever changed for 15 years. Now, everything’s changing. Fall is coming, that’s true. For me, it signals an end to the glorious summer heat and begins that dreaded cold, gray, dead portion of the year otherwise known as winter. I hate winter. Everything dies in winter. I have Agents everywhere ask me how we survived the 2007 -2008 market in Tampa Florida (one of the worst markets in the nation in 2007 according to Forbes Magazine). In a word, ATTITUDE . Real-estate selling is both profitable and enjoyable; especially in a beach town like FL or Florida. Florida short sale is something which transpires in a jiffy. This does not mean that; since it is short, there is little money involved in it. The amount of money involved is still the same; however the sale is short. Real-estate in itself means big money; and so Florida real estate short sale has mammoth money involved in it. A realtor is a person who deals in real-estate and so why would such a person go for a megre sum of money.
