Why Should You Consider Loan Consolidation Why Should You Consider Loan Consolidation By: Masha Cutikk Debt consolidation entails taking out one loan to pay off many others. This is often done to secure a lower interest rate, secure a fixed interest rate or for the convenience of servicing only one loan.

Comment: So, it’s Monday and there are many today. I’ve picked eleven! 1) Kadish, for the WSJ, warns us to take heed about our debt level. This is my favorite sentence: In stark but simple terms, unless Americans are made aware of this financial crisis and demand accountability, the very fabric of our society will be destroyed. This is why I blog. This is why I hammer this into readers here everyday. Wake up Americans. This time is different.
What Kind of Man Is He?pjcockrell.wordpress.com

Jerram Barrs,  The Heart of Evangelism , p. 76: I regularly tell our seminary students that if I happen to visit the church in which one of them serves, I will not ask first, “Is this man a good preacher?” Rather, first of all I will ask the secretaries, office staff, janitors, and cleaners what it is like to work for this pastor. I will ask, “What kind of man is he? Is he a servant? Is he demanding and harsh, or his he patient, kind, and forbearing as a man in authority?” One of our graduates may preach great sermons, but if he is a pain to work for, then you know he will cause major problems in any congregation.

President Obama, the man known for his professorial calm in the face of jeering antiabortion protesters, healthcare critics, and a slightly overzealous congressman, finally appears to have a burr in his saddle. Fox News. For an administration whose hallmark has been forbearance, the words of White House communications director Anita Dunn suggest …

Did we in our own strength confide Our striving would be losing… —Martin Luther, “A Mighty Fortress Is Our God” One of the phenomena I continue to watch within some Evangelical and charismatic circles is an extreme dependence on the Old Testament, almost to the detriment of the New. I see people routinely going back to the OT to craft esoteric theologies made pointless by the death and resurrection of Christ. And I watch people fall into a weird, mystical legalism that seems superspiritual but in the end is nothing more than a negation of the work of Christ.

“Why does your anger smoke against the sheep of your pasture?” Psalm 74:1 “It is a terrible thing when the anger of God smokes, but it is an infinite mercy that it does not break into devouring flame.”–Charles Spurgeon God does delay his judgment so that we might repent, spurred on by his kindness.  “Do you suppose, O man—you who judge those who practice such things and yet do them yourself—that you will escape the judgment of God? Or do you presume on the riches of his kindness and forbearance and patience, not knowing that God’s kindness is meant to lead you to repentance?” (Romans 2:3-4).

Single parents are more likely to need finance than married couples who count on two incomes. Unfortunately they are also less likely to be approved for regular unsecured personal loans mainly because financial hardship tends to cause bad credit which scares lenders away. However, there are certain lenders willing to approve loans regardless of bad credit that can tailor a loan with flexible terms for single parents.

If not for war, people would have no concern for peace. We would take peace for granted, like daylight or air. We might want less noise, less commotion, but peace as the relative absence of armed conflict wouldn’t be on our minds. It probably was on the mind of Alfred Nobel when he signed his will a hundred or so years ago, in the hope of burnishing his public image. Nobel’s scientific accomplishments as a chemist–he invented dynamite–were eclipsed by his success as a dealer in ordnance and ammunition.

by Doc Schmyz If your home is on the verge of foreclosure or you fear the chance of it, you certainly will do any possible means to save it. But the problem is how you will do it? The first step, is going to your lender and asking for help. DO NOT OVER LOOK THIS OPTION! If contacting your lender at the first sign of financial problems seems to be not so good of an idea. It may be because you are embarrassed to discuss money issues to others or you simply don’t see the need to inform your lender right away of your present financial standing.
